STEP 1:
Visit safepay.mol.com and login to your MOL Member account by keying in your username and password. You should have been assigned a MOL Member account when registering for the MOL SafePay. Otherwise, if you do not have an existing MOL Member account please click here to register. |

STEP 2:
Once you have logged into the MOL SafePay, click on the transaction you wish to make payment. |

STEP 2(a):
Select “Maybank2U” in the drop down box and click on ‘Change’.

STEP 3:
Click ‘Continue’ once you have verified the details. A pop-up will appear; make sure your browser’s pop-up blocker is disabled.

STEP 4:
- 1 – Key in your Maybank2U username.
- 2 – Key in your Maybank2U password.
- 3 – Click “Login” to proceed.
Note: This is the username and password of your Maybank2U Internet banking account.

STEP 5:
- Details of the transaction will be displayed.
- Click on “Next” to proceed.
- For the following step, you may be asked for your IC/Passport No. or TAC number. Kindly refer to the corresponding guide.

STEP 6(a):
-
If you are asked for IC / Passport No., please key in your IC number / Passport / Bus. Reg. No. into the blank space and click Next. (Please avoid spacing, dash and other special characters.)

STEP 6(b):
- If you are asked for the TAC number, key in the TAC number you received via SMS from Maybank2U and click on “Continue”.
- To obtain a TAC number, click on the Request TAC link and the TAC number will be sent to you via SMS to the mobile number you have registered with Maybank2U.

STEP 7:
The summary of your transaction will be displayed again. Click on confirm to proceed.

STEP 8:
- Click Logout to logout from Maybank2U
- Click Close to return to MOL SafePay.
